In recent years, I have spoken with several Edtech founders on the show who are developing solutions to address the low education standards in many Indian schools. This focus on improving education quality has made India the Edtech capital of the world.
However, I feel these edtech solutions often act as temporary fixes rather than addressing the root causes of the problem. The real, lasting solution lies in actually building and running high-quality schools.
In this episode, I spoke to Kunal Dalal, who has established a chain of premier international schools in Mumbai. Running a school is a significantly more challenging endeavour for a founder and is not for the faint of heart!
