Armed with his learnings from his first venture, Kunal launched India’s first line of credit product for the underbanked and then spent a couple of years getting that right and scaling it.
Today Freo is a market leader, and Kunal is now building a digital banking platform of the future, by offering all three key financial services to consumers - payments, savings and lending.
In our conversation, Kunal talked about the challenges of his first business and how the lessons learned helped him succeed the second time. He also shared his vision for the future of banking in India.
