In 2012, Raj N noticed that even though companies were using rewards and recognition systems, they were still struggling with old-fashioned paperwork for employee welfare.
Seeing this, Raj thought technology could fix these problems by making things smoother and more efficient. That's when he came up with the idea of Zaggle.
Zaggle is a B2B SaaS Fintech startup helping companies digitise and optimize their payment and expense workflow and is on a mission to revolutionize banking for corporates.
Zaggle utilizes AI and ML algorithms to automate various aspects of expense management and payment workflows. For example, it can automatically sort expenses into categories using AI, and ML helps spot any unusual spending that might be fraud.
Today, Zaggle is one of the few Fintech companies that’s profitable and their story makes for a unique story in the Indian fintech ecosystem.
