However, they soon hit some roadblocks. They were short on staff, and their dosas weren't always hitting the mark!
So they figured out how to use technology to make their kitchen run smoother.
Mukunda Foods soon emerged as a pioneer in revolutionizing the food industry, ensuring consistent quality across large-scale food production for top restaurant chains across India.
They made sure every dosa, no matter how many were being made, tasted just right.
