A few years ago, when the e-commerce industry boomed, Umair Mohammed identified this problem and solved it with an automated email marketing tool that also helped to retain customers.
While some of the most known brands immediately partnered with his venture Wigzo, Umair realized that customer retention was not the only step to long term brand engagement. They pivoted and created a complete Customer Data Platform that helps D2C companies to acquire customers, convert sales, drive repeat orders and grow revenues. This led to a successful acquisition of Wigzo by Shiprocket.
