There are two types of entrepreneurs we often celebrate. The first are the ones who raise tons of money and build a high-valuation startup. 💸

But the second type – the one we find really special – is the entrepreneur who starts from scratch and builds their empire brick by brick, fuelled by hustle and grit. 🧱

H.P. Singh is the perfect example of this. A Chartered Accountant who stumbled upon a chance to start a lending business in the '90s, H.P. grew Satin Creditcare into one of India's few listed micro-finance companies, now employing 12,000 people with a market cap of 2,000 crores! 🇮🇳

In this episode, he shares invaluable lessons on how to build a business the old-fashioned way: with grit, resilience, and a little bit of luck. 🍀
