Vinay is the Co-Founder and CEO of the erstwhile WittyFeed, which has now been rebranded under the STAGE umbrella as Nukkad by STAGE. A Shark Tank India participant from season two, Nukkad by STAGE is a hyperlocal, dialect-based short-form entertainment platform.
He was the first person in his family to get educated and was completely clueless about the outside world. Despite this, he was undeterred in his quest to achieve his grand goal of becoming the richest person in the world.
He began his entrepreneurial journey in college with Badlega Bharat and later launched a Facebook page that gained one million followers in just six months. His ventures continued with platforms like stupidstation.com, which generated substantial revenue through Google AdSense, and culminated in the creation of WittyFeed. However, his success was abruptly interrupted when WittyFeed was unexpectedly taken down.
In this candid conversation, Vinay reveals how he overcame fear and depression, found support during tough times and navigated his comeback to build a Netflix for Bharat!
