I sat down for a candid chat with the legendary Sanjeev Bikhchandani in this episode. With names like Naukri.com, JeevanSathi.com, 99acres.com, and Shiksha.com in his portfolio, this entrepreneur needs no introduction!

Sanjeev believes successful businesses are built on deep customer insights and addressing unsolved problems. He talks about the very beginning of his journey to intensely working, learning and finally achieving his entrepreneurial dream.

He was determined to be an entrepreneur & had made this choice on completing his 12th Boards!  How? When? & Where? - Those pieces of the puzzle he had yet to figure out. 

But when you set your mind to it, there’s no stopping you. This was true for Sanjeev as well. Starting with salary surveys, he later created Naukri.com, recognising that jobs were a high-interest category. He is now the CoFounder of Info Edge, India’s leading online classifieds company in recruitment, matrimony, real estate, education, and related services. He is also an investor in several startups including Policybazaar and Zomato.

By the end of this episode, you will learn all about his early days as an Account Executive at Lintas to his time at IIM Ahmedabad, where he conceived the idea for his product. You will also know about his venture capital experience and the criteria he uses to evaluate investment opportunities.
